This car has never been involved in any accident. It has an Illinois rebuilt title. Only the front driver side tire + wheel and small portion (6 inches) of the inner headlight were damaged by fire. It was totaled by the Insurance company. I bought it directly from the insurance company and repainted the front driver side. The rest of the car is original. The car was purchased on 8/30/12 with 5151 miles on the odometer ( presently 8000 miles). I spent over $10,000 for Vision Function Supercharger +270 HP ($6000) , APR carbon fiber front splitter and side skirts ($2000), exhaust (from BWR or Sector111 ) and AP big brake caliper ($2000). It comes with a soft or hard top. This car is always garaged kept and never driven in Snow. You will never find a low-mile, never wrecked, original Elise for this price anymore. Most rebuilt cars were wrecked or with flood title. Lotus Elise is still one of the most desirable, and great looking British sports cars ever made. It is raw and hard core.
